Hello all, I'm now in the DR with my fiance and i was going over everything because we recieved our NOA1. I just realized i put in the wrong birthday for her. I put in 12/11/82 when it should be 12/21/82. Please someone help me in letting me know what i should do. Our adjudication should be next month and i'm hoping to get the resolved before then. Thanks in advance David & yani

Contact USCIS via e-mail with your case number and correct the error. This should not hold up your petition if you are pro-active and catch it before they do.

First let thank you for your response.. This is what happened when i returned from my trip on 9/18..I checked the status on USCIS and on sept 16th they have Approved our I-129f and sending me a notice of such action.

I called USCIS and they told me to contact the Dept of State...I called the Dept of state and they told me to call the NVC...i called the NVC and they ask me for my reciept # and i did and they have not recieved it yet.

They told me that i have to call while the Application is there so that they can make the correction of the birth date while it's there in wich he said it will only be there for 1 to 2 days. After wich it will be sent to santo domingo and i would have to contact the consulate there to make the change.
