D260....help please :s

Okay here is the issue:

My uncle is petitioning for my aunt and cousins in Mexico and I have been helping him throughout this whole process. At the very end of the online form D260 it asks if someone helped the beneficiary filling out the form...the answer should be yes..but I´m in Sacramento and my aunt is in Mexico is there any problem that? Or should I put she did it by herself or that an immigration lawyer type of person in her hometown helped her? This question is the only one keeping me from submitting the form... what should I do??

And another question there 2 kids are also being petitioned...do i need to fill another online form for each of the children??

or is it okay not to put that I helped on the filling of the form if I select "petitioner" at the start of the form??
