K1 Visa Fees in Cairo

i have my interview on Tuesday -This Tuesday!!- and i dont know where to pay the fees, i went to CIB (coz thats where we pay for visa fees usually) and the guy there said he doesnt know anything about the 350$ they only take the 150$ for tourist visa, i called the embassy they said i should pay at CIB so i told him i went there and he didnt know anything about it and didnt take the money, so he said i should call the counsel on sunday and ask, i asked him if i can pay on the day of the interview at the embassy he said he doesnt know and i should call the counsel on sunday between 1 and 3 pm

so any1 knows where should i pay the fees, i really dont wanna wait till last minute to do stuff

i ve seen a review that said he has paid 780 egyptian at the cib and paid 210 $ at the embassy.what does it say in the packet3?

i feel stupid now

even though the guy at the embassy said i should pay at the bank and thats whats written on their website

"nonimmigrant visa applicants will be required to pay the Machine Readable Visa (MRV) application fee at the CIB Bank
