People will constantly remind you to read the guides - the answer lies in the guides. If you do that you can't really go too far wrong. Having said that, every case is different and no one can guarantee the outcome of your case specifically - there are so many variables. They can only draw on their own experience and what they have learned along the way. It's pretty much up to you what you decide to accept or reject, so the more you read, the better. Good luck with your petition.

Andie...great answer...exactly what I am doing. You said the key here "They can only draw on their own experience and what they have learned along the way." Experience is the best teacher.

Thanks for the reply

If you have questions then feel free to ask, we will try to advice the best we can. We are not lawyers or professionals and everybody is in a different situation. If you don't "trust" the advices then don't waste your time here. There are plenty of lawyers you can retain to help you. Like the previous poster said, read the guides and instructions. This is a very difficult processs. The more you know and understand, the better... Don't just rely on people to help you.

HelloWorld...Thanks for the thoughts. BTW, as you mentioned "If you don't "trust" the advices then don't waste your time here." First, I'm not wasting my time here. This site is a wealth of information. But just as my dear old dad used to say "Don't believe nothing you hear, and only half of what you see", while I do listen to the advice, I like to see several posters say pretty much the same thing, then my confidence level goes up...doesn't yours? As far as hiring a lawyer, that's pretty much a waste of money based on the "experiences" of those posting here that have hired a lawyer. I'm very capable of doing this myself, with yours and the others help here.

BTW...is your comment to me a flame...I'm not familiar with getting flamed :hehe:

Nope. If you want to get flamed, you have to go to one of the upper forums, and post something like, "I just lost my job for screwing the boss's minor daughter. How will that effect my fiancee's chances at the interview?"
