Jamaica - CR1/IR1 Interview Date Question?

I have sent the DS-230 and all of its required documentation to the NVC on 2011-09-12. Now I am just awaiting for the cases (one for my wife and daughter, non biological) to be completed by the NVC and send the information to the US Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. They, the NVC, has told me that it will take 10-20 business days for them to review the case, make sure everything is in order, and assuming everything is in order, send everything to Jamaica and make the appointment. They were not able to give me an estimation on the interview date.

My question is this. After looking at the Jamaican portal Embassy info http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Jamaica&cty=Kingstone , this states that the interview will be made 150-190 days from the point they receive the information. However, after looking at actual user time lines, http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op6=All&op7=Jamaica&dfile=No&op1=&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C10%2C11%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28&cfl=0 , the times appear to be significantly less.

Why the discrepancy? I have been without my family since February 16 of this year. We lived together and were married in the Cayman Islands for over a year. Jamaica is the US Embassy that handles the Caymans. You can see by my timeline when I received the NOA 2 for the I-130. I see interviews being had anywhere from 1-6 month from the point the NOA 2 had been received. The average appears to be around 3 months from the time the NOA 2 is received.

I have to say, I was disheartened when I saw the 150-190 day thing. However, I was very encouraged by seeing actual user time lines. Now I'm just as confused as ever!

HELP! lol Any information or stories on the subject will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. My wife and daughter are actually from Honduras. They are currently in the Cayman Islands. We have to use the Jamaican US Embassy because we were married in Cayman.
