Hi Everyone,

I paid the AOS and IV fee last week and both show paid but I need about one month time to make my IV and AOS documents ready to send. I just want to know how much time do I have to send these document after the fees show paid.

You have a Year to file all you paperwork with the NVC.

You'll have to fill out the form DS230 with all the civil documents, and the form i864 with all the supporting docs. There is a guide at the top of this page, read it, if you have any questions after that, post them.

Follow the instructions in the fee letter. It tells you to go back to the website where you paid the fees for further instructions on downloading and filing the I-864 and DS-230.

Thanks guys, I went to Guides, I couldn't get much out of that or may be I am not looking it right.

So let me know which civil documents I need and which supportive documents.

Do I have to put $88 fee barcode sheet with DS-230 or with affidavit of support.

I am so lost and feel like a big goof.

Thanks again
