We are applying for K-1 visa. We have a lot of stuff to send since we met online. The printed conversation from my archive, is the heaviest among the papers. We are done but I still have few questions.

1. Is there a right way to send this? I put them all in clearbook. Is that ok? Or the traditional thick envelope is just fine.

2. How about the use of staples and paper clips? Any 'rules" and "pet peeves" of the reviewer about it?

3. Highlighting, Ok? I scanned the receipts and highlighted the Credit card number, name and the date on it.

4. Also, the petitioner has his birth certificate with him. Original. Does he still need to obtain a certified true copy? Is photocopying the MOTHER birth certificate not enough?

Any input is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Happy New Year!
