Okay so you weren't denied.

You said you took a whole bunch of evidence to your "interview" (which wasn't an interview, was just biometrics), but what did you SEND? It will be easier to help you once we know what you SENT with the I-751 paperwork. Then we can tell you what else could help.

If you had sent in what you took to the Biometrics appt would have helped,

Next time before you Rant you need to take a deep breath and read what information was sent from USCIS,

Page 1 cover letter explaing reason for RFE

Page 2 what you sent in(Minimal in my opinion)

Page 3 what is needed to Rectify and HELP YOU and your WIFE get ROC

USCIS does NOT think the marriage is fake... they just need more evidence. They received a Request for Evidence (RFE) not a denial letter. We still don't know what was initially sent. Let's say they sent nothing... USCIS would need more than that. They brought evidence to a biometrics appointment (which often isn't even run by USCIS).

Harpa,

This tells you what was sent,

"Your supporting evidence does not sufficiently establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and the continue to share a life together.:

- "You submitted a copy of your DOD ID card, copy of your 1099 INT showing a joint savings account, copy of a voided check showing joint checking account, and evidence of joint car insurance."

- "Although these items begin to establish the indication of a relationship, they are not strong enough, as a whole, to establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together."

3rd page gave them a list of what would help.

Ahh, I missed that part; nice one :)

I was replying to a post that I guess was removed which said that it was so wrong that they thought the marriage was fake - I wanted to reiterate that that wasn't the accusation at all :) Sounds like the OP should be on the right track now.

"You did not get a denial, you got an RFE. You did not go to an interview, you went to a biometrics appointment.

You do not understand the process and have no clue what you are doing so it is no surprise you have not submitted what they need. Stop now and read the guides here and the instructions before answering the RFE because that will be very important. If you are not capable of understanding this, then I suggest you pay someone who does.

Children are not a requirement in any way. That is a suggested type of evidence. Read, study, or get help."

Make sure your wife is listed as your next of kin with the military and that she is the beneficiary of the life insurance. (Or whatever they call it.) We're intending to include proof of that when we file for removal of conditions.

Try to keep calm and collected. It's especially hard to deal with this when you're also preparing to welcome a baby into the world. But it will be ok :-)

Really? Ok, so I misunderstood the RFE as an Denial letter. Let me tell you, if you looked at my profile you will see I've been a member of this site for quite some time. We did our research, in fact we followed the I-751 filing procedures to a "T" that we're recommended on this very website. We even used the Memorandum template that many users have used on this website. The bottom line is we included almost every item that they initially requested and they still requested more information. I'm sorry, call it what you want, but if they are requesting more information, then that means it was not accepted, therefore it was still denied. While it was not an official denial letter, which I now know about, did not matter at the time. Obviously, I let emotions get the better of me and posted before researching entirely, for that I apologize. For those that have posted useful information and help, thank you, but for posters like yourself, please refrain from insults and useless information.

Emotions got the better of me, I apologize for that post, again. But, your insult has no grounds. We followed their directions and included more than enough information. Their letter did not include all of the evidence that we submitted. You're right, I hope flying multi-billion dollar aircraft and being trusted with secrets would mean I could file simple forms. The forms were filed correctly, otherwise they would not have even begun to look at the evidence, it would have been rejected earlier. Instructions were followed, I don't know what else I can say. If I was unsure about the process or instructions, I would not have posted such an emotionally charged message.

I photocopy one of my ultrasound pics of the baby and send it to them with all the other things. have you thought about that?

i second this, along with the loads of info and proof that we sent, i also sent a photocopy of my little squeaker on his/her ultrasound along with our supporting photos. We got our biometrics, so we havnt had a chance to be 'interviewed', 'questioned', or 'denied', but if you didnt do that, i would send that, along with maybe letters from maybe your wife's obgyn's stating that she has had 3 miscarriages and that you are actively participating in the appointments, or in the healing process, or maybe if your mom went with her your doctor can vouch for that, ....just ideas.
