Good afternoon:

I have a question regarding the K-1 Visa. My fiance asked me if there will be an restriction for her to go back to visit once we get married. We are both concerned because her mom was recently diagnosed with leukemia.

You can always go back to visit but re-entry to the US will be problematic until you file for adjustment of status and receive advance parole or green card. Advance parole can take 60 - 90 days after filing

You can leave at any time but you probably won't be able to get back into the US.

My advice is to make an infopass appointment and request and emergency advance parole document. That assumes you filed for AOS already. I don't think you can get an advance parole if you don't file for AOS first.
