Is there a CPA in the house ?

I agree with Payxibka and Anh Map.

Corporate taxes are very complicated and comes to a profit and loss statement for the year.

Then, A individual tax return must be completed and filed separately.

The problem I see is the Petitioner has not filed 2010 taxes yet and just exactly what is the bottem line on that Form. Something is wrong if he has'nt filed yet.

Any thoughts ?
