I had the AOS interview today, and the officer told us the case is still in pending. But she took my I-94, I don't know why. How can I get another I-94 in case my green card is denied. And she took my photos, jont bank statement and some other evidence. I don't know what is going on. And how long should I get the result. Anyone has the same experisnce.

If you get denied you don't need the I-94. You either appeal or leave the country.

On a happier note though.. usually taking it is a good thing :)

Don't worry you will be ok. Did he gave you any letter and told you that you gonna receive a decision in mail.

No,she didn't give me a letter, only wrote something on my passport, said that I showed up and the case was pending.
