We had case closed on 08/22 and were given our interview date of 10/13 on 08/25. I really don't think there's any rhyme or reason to what they do. I've given up trying to figure it out and just going with the flow. I had a headache for a good month through NVC. I'm just glad that bit is done!

03-17-2011 I-130 sent

03-19-2011 I-130 received

03-23-2011 NOA1

03-25-2011 Touch

06-16-2011 NOA2

07-18-2011 NVC Received

07-19-2011 Emailed DS 3032

07-29-2011 Emailed DS 3032 AGAIN-still no response

08-03-2011 AOS Bill Generated

08-03-2011 AOS Bill Paid

08-03-2011 Emailed DS 3032 Yet Again!!!

08-05-2011 Mailed AOS packet

08-08-2011 AOS packet delivered

08-08-2011 DS 3232 accepted

I've had headaches for two months! We've paid everything and done all the forms so now we're just waiting for our case to complete.

Spent hours filling out the DS forms last night... another headache!! LOL

I just sent off my IV check, now I'm waiting on CC, I REALLY want an early Nov interview!!!

Hey,

Our case got completed just one day after yours did from NVC. I promised myself not to call them anymore but I ended up calling again to find out about the interview date. But they keep telling me that they are done scheduling for November interviews and they will schedule for December in November. I am so confused. Did you call them about your interview date?

10-05-10 - Married in California
06-13-11 - I-130 approved
10-13-11 - CASE COMPLETE!
12-02-11 - Interview - 221g due to a washed passport
12-17-11 - POE - YYC (preclearance in Canada)

2011 to 2013 - Life happened

06-26-13 - Divorce finalized

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

2014 to 2020 - Living paperwork-free and focused on me!

11-09-20 - N-400 filed online - welcome back VJ fam!

6-22-21 - Interview in Nashville, approved! And then...

6-22-21 - Pledge of Allegiance taken. Holy shirtballs I'm a US Citizen.

Me too! But they get annoyed and all. Please let me know when you find your interview date. Its a good feeling to find someone on the same boat. Thanks!

10/09/06 - First met

12/09/07 - Started dating

01/30/09 - Patrick moved back to the States, Long distance :(

06/26/10 - Patrick proposed!!!

02/17/11 - Civil Wedding (just the two of us in Gibraltar)

03/16/11 - I130 Sent

03/24/11 - I130 Received

06/05/11 - I130 Approved

07/11/11 - AOS Paid

07/23/11 - Big Wedding

08/13/11 - NVC IV Bill Paid

08/23/11 - AOS Sent

08/24/11 - DS230 and Documents Sent

08/27/11 - DS230 and Documents Received

09/07/11 - AOS Complete

09/12/11 - Case Complete

09/30/11 - Interview Date Assigned

10/27/11 - Medical

11/18/11 - Interview

12/01/11 - Visa Approved
