My case was entered on the NVC system 6th sep and upgraded to spouse of USC on 7th Sep. I have been sent this email and asked to wait for instruction package.

Is there anyone waiting for the same and any one with similiar experiences..

Just to add NVC has mine and petioner email address and I have also received IIN number.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive aninstruction package regarding further processing of this petition.

I'd read the NVC guides and shortcuts. You don't ever have to wait on NVC to send instructions.

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.

Read this guide and it will tell you exactly step by step what to do. I just followed it myself the past few weeks and everything went perfectly!

If you have your case number and invoice id number then you need to log onto:

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signon

And pay your AOS fee to get the ball rolling. Then you will send in the DS-3032 a day or two later. That is how ours flowed. They took a few extra days to be able to accept the DS-3032. But once I got the email you are referring to I was able to log in and pay AOS fee. Try it out hopefully thats the case for you too
