Hi there, I am SO glad Ive found this site its been so helpful, considering, Im not the smartest person in the bunch, haha. My fiance and I have just started gathering everything we need in order to send off our packet.

I want to make things right. Therefore my boyfriend will be leaving my side in June or maybe this December (when ever our brand stinking new car gets paid off :D :D & before he turns 18 1/2. (Hes 17 & Im 20; both our parents support our relationship. Have a one year old and another due in Nov.;; hopefully thats not an issue, seeing how Im petitioning for a young male ;))

Heres to hoping everything goes as planned and I can have him back in no time. I think we have a relatively easy case, since theres no waiver to be filed; and I dont really need a lawyer.

So be ready to answer all my questions. :D

My only evidence that I have so far will be my daughters birth certificate, my other one when shes born. Pictures of him with me during my pregnancy, after; with my family ie: Trips, Moms school graduation; prenatal visits to the clinic?? (can they make a letter saying he accompanied me to ALL my appointments and date them?; lease contract (we live my parents? Will that work? we made a contract so we could prove we lived together & have another lease contract from our first apartment in 10, stayed there a year. Car payment receipts made under both of our names.

I dont have any tickets, stamps on my passport, emails, letters, because really weve been together the whole 3 years hes been the US. So I hope what I stated above is enough. I havent met his mother, but Ive been best friends with his grandmother and aunt and little cousins, for five years now. (thats how we met, through them)

Anyway I think that is all.

I am ready! :D

Interview Date : Dec. 18, 2008

APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 19, 2008- Alfredo comes home!

Jan. 5, 2009: Alfredo and I become husband and Wife

March 10, 2009 AOS paperwork sent, will wait for it to arrive via tracking #

March 12, 2009 AOS paperwork arrives in Chicago

March 23, 2009 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765

March 30, 2009-Biometrics letter received, appt date April 10th @11am philly office

April 10, 2009-Biometrics appt. done, in and out in 15 minutes

Nov. 18, 2009-Card production ordered

Question: On the I-129F

Where it says to list ALL children of foreign fiance, do I have to put down my daughter(s)? And state that they are US Citizens?

P.S I feel like the evidence I provided above goes well with a k3 visa?! Will it be enough for the K1? I feel like the fiance visa is less complicated and I strongly prefer that one.

Any more input!? :D

Talked to a lawyer, we said he have a good case.

I feel like Im digging up all these consultations

because I want to just hear them say we're good to go! :D

Just waiting for payday to arrive and a letter of consent

(just in case they ask for one since my fiance is underaged)

to come in the mail from my mother in law, & this packet will be sent off. :)
