Yea in your case you are not denied as they cannot have mis-representation for USC.

All they have put your case on hold until you give them the missing information and they would process your case after they get the missing information.

There may be a disclosure problem. I think similar problem happened to elya on this website. I recommend asking her what happened and how to deal with this. Please, contact her. I would also recommend a lawyer. Let me know if you need a good one as I have one.

I don’t know if your denial is related to you not disclosing the facts or it was due to some other reason.

I can say you did not read the instruction before filling out the form, as it says if there is not enough space on the form to use blank piece of paper and include all the details.

Why is she upset? Upset that she didn't get it there and then? Upset because you lied to her? If she knew about it then that's not a big deal. If she TOLD you that she'd need it and you didn't give it then you need to admit it's all your fault and send her flowers or something (get in contact with a local florist). If she's upset she didn't get it there and then.. well she needs to put on her big girl panties and get over it because she was NOT denied (as you said) and some people DO get denied. You just need to send in the appropriate paperwork. A couple of weeks delay maybe. No biggie.

There could be more to her being upset though. She's being juvenile by not answering your calls. She's being selfish by not understanding that this affects you too and talking to you about it because you might be upset as well. If I was denied *god forbid* I would have been upset and crying and I would have called Tony and cried on the phone to him. If it was a result of him not doing something he should have it would have been a "told you so" phone call followed by an "Express those docs asap". People make mistakes. She is being very unforgiving. The process isn't easy. She won't be able to work, or leave until she gets her EAD or AP or GC. She needs to be a bit stronger to deal with the stress of the process.

On the f-129 form there was only room for two divorses so I put down my first wifes divorsed in 1985 and my third wife 2008 Idid not declare my second wife and the divorse in 2004 what do i do

Email the Consulate Directly if they have not given a paper stating why she has been denied. ASAP!!!

hi,

base on my understanding if she were denied to have a visa there is explanation to that they CO cant closed the case w/o any valid reason,if the marriages(previous marriage is the main reason)u need to show a divorce dicree showing that your done with all those wives..now all u can do is figure out why is it denied,talk to your fiance if you guys stil wanted to be together in the future,you can stil contact embassy for your case what is going on and what u can do to get approve,
