What a blowout in New Orleans tonight. Painful to watch. Looking at the Colts sitting on the sidelines watching this fiasco tells the whole story. Such glum, dejected looks on a team so accustomed to winning. They've lost 62-7 tonight in a total collapse and are now 0-7 on the season. Without Peyton Manning they've totally disintegrated.

I think part of it is coaching. Belichick is the best coach in the game. His system works well for replacing players. He expects the backups to be ready to play at any moment and he expects them to do their job. I think part of the problem at Indy is The team has zero confidence without Manning, and some of that is coaching.

Yeah, that was hard to watch. I have heard he had a good 2 weeks of practice these last two weeks and should be actually ready to go this week. He had no business playing in the 2nd half of a game where he only knew maybe 1/4 of the plays. But then again, Kyle Boller, who has been on the team for 3+ years and knows the system inside and out did even worse. Boller has no business being on an NFL roster, he is that bad. But that is the coaches job, and they should have been prepared for that. I think Hugh Jackson has staked his job on Carson Palmer working out. We play the broncos this week, so it should be a nice warmup game. Tebow gonna get rocked!!

Watching the late night sports coverage of the Bears-Lions game today (what a game! what a defense! holy cow 4 interceptions, two for def. TDs, and a punt return TD by you-are-ridiculous-Devin-Hester)

DJ Moore was given a well deserved standing ovation as he was ejected from the game, following Matthew Stafford's hitting him and ripping off his helmet.

Lots of discussion of the dirty football being played by Detroit. The ####### hits on Cutler by Ndamukong Suh. Big fines are coming.

I think they've become too reliant on Fred Jackson. Their passing game looked sharp the first few games of the season but has become weakened. What happened to Stevie Johnson? He wasn't a factor today, hasn't had a 100 yard game all year and has only 1 TD in the last 5 games. If he's the Bills leading WR, ouch!
