Brady needs time, and the Giants have a great pass rush. NE has many weapons and speed but Brady's game is timing. Giants won't give him time. TEs for NE are superlative but YAC is where they shine. WRs are speedy but Brady doesn't have much of a vertical game and Koppen, Light, Connolly and the boys are going to be for a long night. Giants will batter Wilfork and the center of the NE box, Wilfork will be seeing Brandon Jacobs in his sleep. Eli isn't Brady but he can sling it when need be, he beat the Pack at Lambeau and the Pack is a much more balanced team than the Patriots. Eli beat the 49ers at Candlestick Pick the Giants but not by much.

The Packers played their worst game of the season against the Giants. And guess which team had the worst ranked defense in the NFL? The Packers. So the Pats and the Packers had the two worst defenses. The Packers played poorly in their playoff game and lost. NE played well against Denver and bad against the Ravens and really got lucky with the missed field goal. otherwise the game was going into OT and the coin toss could have the big factor in who would have won the game.

The Giants peaked at the right time. If the Patriots play like they did against the Ravens, they will lose, and maybe by a few scores. If Brady gets decent protection, it will be a close game. Again, I put it on the NE defense. The Giants aren't the offensive match to NE, but unfortunately their offense plays against a porous defensive that gives up huge chunks of yardage. Eli is much better than Flacco and Tebow.

BenJarvis Green-Ellis is tough but the 7-man front of the Giants is very stout and NE TEs are great but if OchoCinco and Welker and Branch and Woodhead don't come through with big catches then the Pats are done..

The Giants beat the Patriots 24-20 in the regular season game. I'd hardly call that a slaughter. And Evans had the ball knocked away by Moore. If the Patriots play like they did against Denver, they'll win. If they play like they did against the Ravens, they'll lose. Which team will show up?

That, and the missed FG, were crushing to a Marylander such as myself . That is another reason why I predict the Patriots win...obviously they have help from above ...plus, since my mighty Raven's lost, we need to be able to say that we lost the eventual SuperBowl Champions

Plus, they CAN'T lose 2x SuperBowls to Eli/Giants
