we just received another checklist cover letter from NVC on my son's I-864 form. The checklist was about the information on the Principal Applicant and the number of household which we believe we've put the right information.

On my Father in Law checklist:

Part 2 Information on the principal immigrant

[x] The biographic information provided in this part does not match the principal applicant of the

associated petition (we believe we put the right information on this, because i'm (the mother) who filled this information)

Part 3 Information on the immigrant(s) you are sponsoring

[x] Family members are not allowed in this section under this visa petition. The sponsor should complete

a separate Petition for each family member (we put my son and my name in separate form)

[x] The number on Line 10 does not equal the number of applicants listed in Parts 2 and 3. (i put 1 on line 10, and leave part 3 line 9 blank)

Part 5 Sponsor's Household Size

[x] The number on Line 21a does not equal the number of applicants listed in Part 3. (i put 1 on this line)

[x] The number provided in part 21h does not equal the sum of the numbers in Lines 21a through 21g.(i put 3 on line 21h, 21 a=1, 21b=1 21c=1 21h=3)

My god, please guys we really need your help and your advises if we really put wrong information on this.

Thank You

my husband sponsoring me and my son and my father in law co-sponsoring me and my son too. My mother in law filed also separate form I-864A. I didn't get a checklist but my son did. This is so frustrating :( they didn't ask for any documents, just checklist on the form. we're sure and certain that we fill the form out correctly especially about the principal applicant's information and number of household.

The answers you gave for your FIL I-864 looks good. Hence NVC while processing AOS submitted for you and didn't find any issue with your FIL I-864.

However while reviewing your son's AOS, NVC has already processed your AOS and may be looking for 21.h to be 4 and not 3 ( 1 (your son) in 21.1, 1 (your FIL) in 21.b, 1 (your MIL) in 21.c and 1 (you in 21.f) and 4 in 21.h). I personally think that your FIL's I-864 should have 4 in 21.h but let's see what other experienced ones will have to say.

Please contact PUSHBRK - he is good in this area.
