Actually I don't think any of our Muslim employees ate it since they only eat Vegetarian unless we have Halal meat. Its the Jewish employees I am most worried about.

I've heard that only about 25% of American Jews eat kosher. Maybe you'll get "lucky"?

When I was in high school and my first year of college I dated a jewish guy who ate bacon cheeseburgers and he was a practicing Jew, he was just "americanized" and his family didn't follow the Kosher rule. As far as I know I think he still eats pork ribs too.

My Husband and I have had this problem a few times. Once he ate bacon bits that were in a salad, then we both ate baked beans that were supposed to be veggan b/c most of the party was muslim, then I bought a microwave lasgana(sp) and it contained pork and beef, and also once we were together buying turkey sausage and the casing was pork but he said it was ok and I cooked it with out the casing. The only time I actually told him was when he had the bacon bits, I didn't have the heart to tell him the other times. But he has also told me that if you eat it accidently you are forgiven because you were unaware.

You sound like you have my luck! Last week we were having cake for one of our coworkers birthdays and our VP wandered down and stuck his head in to see what was going on. Our secretary insisted on giving him a piece of cake despite his protests and I joked with him that he shouldn't lie and tell her he didn't want a piece because she's psychic. The rest of the celebration he stood there swearing he wasn't lying. I can't even joke with someone without being taken serious, so now the VP thinks I called him a liar.

I wouldn't worry too much. If he's the big dog like you're saying, he has a lot more important things to worry about than that he ate pork. Heck, he probably enjoyed it!
