Hey I was waiting for the mail aaaaaaaalllllllll day! I FINALLY GOT IT!!!! :dance: They asked me for the arabic/foreign language version of our marriage certificate. I have been looking thru the copies that I made, and guess what....... it's in the copies I made so I wonder what happened to it. Lost in the shuffle from Nebraska to California, u think? It doesn't really matter, its going to the post office 2mrw for next day delivery, yall!!!!! You betta believe it!!!

Should I be mad? :angry: Probably not, I ain't got that kinda time or energy! :P

Id be happy because they are working on your case now and approval will be soon.. and ist normal to forget something like that. This is a complex process and its very easy to forget something... heck I checked the divorce box for my wife on the 129f from... duh!

Quite possibly lost in the shuffle.

Or they've got it and don't know what it is, being written in Arabic. Was it frimly attached to the English-language translation (I know they say don't use staples, but sometimes ....) or was it on its own amongst the other documents submitted?

i just got email stating a rfe letter was sent for i130, maybe they are looking for the other g325's that i didn't send, i can't imagine what else it would be. one thing i have been following the others here and you can pretty much know when you'll get a touch or an approval i knew i would receive info today now to remember whos case i was watching lol :yes:
