My case was entered on 6th sep 2011 to the NVC system and also upgraded to CR1 on the 8th sep. I have been sending DS-3032 via email but all I am getting from the agent that I should wait another couple of weeks.

Does any one know what they mean by that?

We are unable to process your choice of address and agent at this time. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your instruction package.

First off, do you even have a case number yet? You can't send the DS-3032 until you have a case number.

Second, it's best to wait until you receive that initial information package from NVC with your case number, IIN, and expired DS-3032. That's the indication from NVC that your case has been fully inputted into the system and is ready to receive forms. Until then, if you keep sending the DS-3032, you're just going to get the same response as above.

I have received the case number and IIN number on the 6th September. DO u know what the instruction package is?

When you got your case number and IIN, did you give the operator both you and your spouse's email addresses? If so, then you should be receiving from NVC an email within the next few days. If you want to see what it looks like, I uploaded mine awhile ago, you can see it here: http://s128.photobucket.com/albums/p174/smurf47/Immigration/NVC%20information%20email/ Once you get that email, like I said, that's the indication that NVC is ready to accept forms, so then you can email the DS-3032.

And just another question, you were following the template found here on VJ, correct? (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form)

call back, ask for an AOS fee bill to be sent to the USCitizen's email.

this is normally part of the 'ds-3032 kit' that Saylin referenced in a prior post in this topic.

Once ya got the AOS Fee Bill via email, the 'switch is on' at NVC, they'll be 'listening' for yer DS-3032 email.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
