Vaccinations Required by USCIS and Medical Form

This is pertaining to an IR-1/CR-1 Visa for my Thai spouse, but I'm sure it applies to many situations. Does anyone know why the USCIS (and VJ) website shows these vaccinations as required for immigration:

Mumps

Measles

Rubella

Polio

Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids

Pertussis

Haemophilus influenzae type B

Hepatitis B

Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices

And the medical form for the IR-1/CR-1 has all of these?:

DT / DTP/ DTaP

Td / Tdap

Polio-OPV / PIV

MMR

Rotavirus

Hib

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Meningococcal

Human papillomavirus

Varicella

Zoster

Pneumococcal

Influenza

All of the requirements seem to be convered in the form, it just has quite a few additional ones listed. I suppose it's a medical form so the more information they have the better, but (silly me) I thought they would be in sync.

Because the guidelines from ACIP have changed in addition to a new form for 2011.

Also the requirements are age dependent (like Hib, Rota, Pneumococcal are infant vaccines) and certain things are no longer required (HPV for example).

Most people at either healthcenter in BKK will get an MMR booster and a Td if they don't have an immunization history and anything else the physician thinks is necessary.
