Has anyone else had a K-1 visa approval at the Sydney consulate with a "vaccine history incomplete" on their DS-2053 but with "applicant may be eligible for a blanket waiver" marked?

Yes it is not an issue. Mine read the same and when we AOS'd I had to get the vaccination supplement transcribed to the I-693 , vaccination part only and all I had to have was the flu shot.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

Thanks guys. I am getting very close to my interview and getting paranoid!

You'll be fine. You wouldn't have got the medical report if you weren't "good to go". Do you know if you're missing any shots? Not that you need it for the K1 but after you arrive and need to AOS?

Hi Vanessa and Tony, yeah, I'm missing the second dose of the MMR, the panel physician gave me the first dose but marked "insufficient time" to get the second dose. I'm going to try to get the second dose before I leave so I won't have to get it done in the US, though I will still need a new DS-3025 for the AOS.

For AOS you need the I-693 transcription. This is just where you complete part 1, CS does part 2 VACCINATION TABLE ONLY and then signs part 5. You DO NOT need a TB test. You do NOT need further blood work. The reason I mention these is some CS's will try and convince you that you do. You DON'T. The I-693 instructions explain it but if that's not good enough and you run into trouble let me know and I'll show you the USCIS TB Q&A (not at home so don't have the link here) which explains it for K1's.
