Howdy all,

Fiance got a 221(g) white form. Most of you know what this is. No fake about this. its all real.

All the i's were dotted and the T were crossed.. CO asked fiance if i were still seeing my ex. Fiance said, yes, when they drop off and pick up kids. CO then said, they're still living together i have proof. fiance answered honestly. I think CO setup her up to failed.

Here what i've done so far...

Sent personal notarized letter DHL to embassy

Sent 5 letters of character witness notarized DHL to embassy

Sent US senator request to look into case.

emails emails emails....

So my question is, what more can i do? and has anyone gotten a 212(g) overturned?

same boat here pass all the documents.... Like me i submitted all they ask and after 3 weeks I got my visa..Good luck!

Still "seeing" your ex... there are so many ways to interpret that. The American definition of the word and how it is used is not the same as what a non-English speaker would think. Your proof to the contrary and explanation ought to be fine, and if there was ANY doubt about the inference when questions are asked, the beneficiary can always ask to have the question restated to clarify understanding.
