Just found out my co-sponsor has backed out of the deal, we have until October 31 to have the documents in my fiancee's hand in Brazil. We are praying we will find another co-sponsor in time!!!

:(

Hmmm, is there a close friend you could ask to co-sponsor your fiancee? Maybe you could even ask a co-worker or colleague to do it for you if you feel comfortable.

Best of luck, you still have some time!

I am the petitioner.

Then you're bound to find somebody soon. In my opinion it helps to print out the affadavit of support form and have your potential co-sponsor read over it.

Once they see what it entails they may be more open to agreeing to do it for you.

When I asked around for my potential co-sponsor, their first question was "what are the consequences to me?" Some people may be hesitant to do it because they fear it may hurt their credit or that some entity has the ability to automatically withdraw funds from their bank account. Just be upfront and assure them that you will not let your fiancee become a public charge and they are only co-sponsoring for legal formalities.

Hope you find someone quickly :)

Be positive . you still have time to find somebody. Ask friends or relatives that you can trust, the last thing you want is for someone to give you the ok and then back out when the paper work ahs already been submitted. =/

You can do it!

Is there any way they would approve the visa without a co-sponsor on the basis that I get out of school in May and will be working full time again?????

No, you have to have a co-sponsor if you do not meet the requirements yourself. Sorry. Hope you find someone soon!
