I hear the term touch in the application processing status. Where do we find that inforamtion? When I login to my account I do not find any information with the word touch for i-90 card replacement applicaton status. All I see is inital review 8/21/2011. After that I had ASC Biometrics done. Where do we find the touch information on the website?

When you log onto USCIS' website, you can create an account for updates/status. The date that's reflected is the "Last Update" block is what people are calling "Touched". Really, it has no meaning as I have seen people post that their petition was approved and USCIS' website indicated that the petition was still under the initial review.

Thanks for the information. In my case the date last updated shows as 8/21/2011. That is the date I efiled the application. After that I received the Notice for Biometrics and got the Biometrics done. No change shows on the last updated date. I guess, I have to keep checking that date and see if that date changes.

My last update was 8/4/11 which happens to be the same date I received the NOA1 via surface mail. When these dates change, you have no clue what has been done unless USCIS contacts you.
