I seen non offensive ones too and questions about interview in Sydney. PM'd with him at times in the beginning when he first joined. I thought he was ok. It just seemed that mostly he took the whole VJ board as a joke unless he needed opinions and advice for himself

might not be trolling, but something isn't right. you read her emails? you just recieved your 10yr gc? This happened a while ago, didn't it? Have you been sitting on this info until the right time(10 yr in hand) to bring this to light? I have opinions and speculations here that you won't find helpful....however, the gc is all yours and if you didn't get it fraudulently, noone will thake it from you. the cousins live in the US? you can live and work in any state you want as long as you want to whether you divorce or not.

he came here to the United States with a IR1 visa (you get this visa if you have been married for over 2 years when you apply for the visa) this visa entitles you to a 10 year green card right aways as opposed to the CR1 visa which only allows you a 2 year green card...

the OP mentioned that he just recently found out that his wife was cheating on him while he was still living in Morocoo but from his post it seems like he is now living in the United States.....

thanks for the english to english translations and I'm familiar with cr-1 vs ir-1....and before anyone starts hating me please notice that I acknowledged he wouldn't find my opinions useful. What I see is someone who has either been here for ~2 years or ~2 weeks and if its 2 years, he did sit on this til now, if its 2 wks and he's either had access to her emails all along(which I would take issue with, btw) and discovered this relationship before coming-and came anyway or he was suspicious enough before he got here to seek proof immediately-and he still came anyway. He's the one that said he had this traditional islamic marriage and just wants his freedom and would be fine returning to Morocco...where he knows full well he is free as hell, married to her or not so whats his question....She's served her purpose and I don't need her anymore, right?? Why tiptoe around it. I think he got what he came for and noone will take it from him. I could be wrong...thats happened before but I'm just not detecting any disappointment from him that his marriage has failed and I think to be here such a short time and go from missing this woman he's longed for for 2 years to looking for incriminating stuff in her emails and calling her such names....Whatever. he got what he came for. that just my opinion....and I didn't call him a troll

I agree... if I had a question about immigration, this would be the first place I'd come to for answers. I don't like to judge people that I don't even know anything about. If this guy is being honest, why not help him? He's said he doesn't need to be in the US so I really do think he just wants to know how to legally end any kind of connection he still has with her.

I do think it's kinda unfair that just because one is the foreign fiance one should think twice before getting a divorce (or even asking about it) because people "might" think that getting to the US was his goal.

We always read nice things when the USC wants a divorce.... but when it's the other way around things are a little different.

Isn't it innocent until proved guilty?

And if he's not being honest.... then I hate him for making me spend my time trying to defend his rights
