VSC is the most delayed according to USCIS Web

Try over 2 years waiting like I have, those times at the bottom are meaningless you cant hold them to the times legally (ive tried) , those service requests are useless, as is contacting your senator.

I guess a lawsuit is probably my best option

07-24-2009 Received NOA1
08-05-2009 Touched
10-02-2009 I-797C for Biometrics Appt
10-26-2009 Biometrics Appt. Completed
05-11-2010 Request for Evidence on both the I129F and I130
07-01-2010 Case Transferred to Vermont Service Center
10-20-2011 Contacted Ombudsman
02-07-2012 Case denied after almost 3 years =(
03-07-2012 Appeal Filed!
01-20-2013 Contacted Ombudsman again...

06-25-2013 EOIR Appeal Review

Wow...I am so sorry to hear about your very long delay. I hope you will get some relief or assistance from someone. This is insane. May God bless you and your family's visa journey.

OMG dude, i really understand your despair.. thats really sad!... We hope your have request soon.... we have 5 months, we made a call today and 2 tier officer made a request, and say our case take 1 month to recieve a response.

I read in this forum that u can write a email to congressman, make a request USCIS.

We visited USCIS webpage again 4 days ago and look for Processing Times, and this month change 9.5 to 5 months again! :D we arr so happy, so we could call to USCIS.

Well, 2 officer made a request too for us, we called yesterday... we hope this request really work
