Im confused and would appreciate any assistance fellow vjr's can provide. Does the ds 230 form part 1 and 2 have to be filled out and returned to the manila embassy prior to interview? Is the DS230 required at all for the k1 process in manila? Kindly assist ....Thanks

You don't need ds230 form. The form required for K1 are ds 156, ds156k and ds157.
