Hey guys. I filed k1 at dhaka embassy. Can some that also filed k1 at dhaka help me understand the process after noa2. Will we receive packet 3 and if yes who will send it and wat does it require. Also who schedules the interview and who gets the packet 3 the petitioner or the beneficiary. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank u for ur response in advance.

Hi, sorry to see you got an RFE. From what I understand after NOA2, once your petition is sent to dhaka embassy, the beneficiary will receive a Packet 3 checklist listing documents required, some of which include Affidavit of Support, tax returns and additional immigration forms required to be filled out by the beneficiary. Packet 3 will have additional instructions on scheduling appointment for interview. Hope that helps.
