Guys,

The department has manipulated visa count numbers. Also, they mentioned that due to lack of demand, the dates were advanced for PDs 2009-2010. if this were the case, why are they slow now in moving forward for the same period. Good that we brought to their notice and now is the time to go with the same pace to make this happen. Meeting in person is very important too. If we have a specific plan, we should take an appointment with the people concerned in the next couple of weeks. I can join u.

I did respond back to Mr. Oppenheim comments on cutoff dates and visa issuance as highlighted in the previous post. I would like to mention to fellow members to voice their concern on the slow movement of cutoff dates on behest of visa issuance in a couple of countries with exceeding demands to Mr. Gary Merson, below if you want to see any action at all in the coming months.

I think it is better to let Kumbahara deal this. He will represent F2A petitioners. It is not a good idea to send bunch of emails with the same subject, They may get irritated. He can continue the conversations on belf of us, may be he can use our NVC numbers? what do you think?

How abt creating an account on twitter or facebook , with that we may have more ppl to join us who are into social networking .. Specially twitter if we all follow each other and also follow Obama or any usa dept site... Who knws we could get attention of the media or more support of the ppl by writing on what we r going thru?

Thanks, my fellow members! Like jhp and others mentioned, it is essential for each one affected by this to voice their concern on visa cutoff date and ongoing wastage of visas. It is well known from their own annual reports, the wastage, fudging or plain ignoring the reality of visa allocation. If there is anything that can be done other just praying DoS realize is to create awareness, at the minimum send emails or faxes.

I cant stress this enough, since one mail/call can be ignored, not all of us trying to voice their opinion.

If FY 2011 fiscal year begins in Oct 2011 and the visa bulletin shows less movement than month ending FY 2010, doesnt it suggest to you something's amiss here? 88000 visas?

Tell your stories. Say your concern. That is the least you can do for yourself. May we all succeed with our collective effort.

Hi All, I am a regular visitor of this forum but never registered. I am seeing some very interesting move to raise our voice. I did pretty much same when I was stuck in FBI name check for my GC process. In this exercise we are not loosing anything. When we send emails, is it better to mention our case number ? or not?

I live in washington DC and work for FDIC. If you all agree i can go directly to oppenheim's office and dro the same.

what's ur PD?? bcaz i think ur pd is still not current that is why they have not schedule ur interview..believe me here people with case completed july 2010 and before have not got their interviews..
