I just got my NOA1 oct 7 from CSC and sent it on sept

23. Does getting the NOA1 means im not getting a RFE?

the NOA1 just means that all the forms are present, they have all been signed and dated, and that the petition will undergo initial review. you will only be sure that you wont recieve an RFE once you get NOA2

As a Sept. 2010 filer, I just wanted to stop by and say good luck to you all! Our visa journey has been quite long, is ongoing, and has taken many twists and turns but I can tell you that VJ and our Sept. 2010 K1 Filers Thread helped me TREMENDOUSLY along the way...so good luck and here's hoping for short wait times for you guys!

This is what my email said:

"The status of this service request is:

Thank you for your inquiry. We have corrected the name for the beneficiary on your I-129F receipt notice. We apologize for the error on your notice and any inconvenience it may have caused you. You should receive an amended receipt notice within 30 days."

They didn't put my fiances name in the email at all. So until I get the amended letter I really don't know if they actually fixed the name or not. :(
