05/22/2012 - Rescheduled Interview at Montreal Consulate (silly us for waiting so long on going to get the criminal check; don't think it will be in on time for the interview so we just went ahead and rescheduled when we saw there was a date open) - APPROVED!

09/23/2012 - Jordan arrived on K1 Visa via Pearson in Toronto

4 month exactly!!!! Guys don't forget about checking your case status on USCIS web site! that's how we found out!... I was just checking (cause since we got our NOA1, we never had the chance to tack our case "your case doesn't exist") and when I entered this morning I couldn't believe what my eyes saw. Not only my case was there but also approved. We don't have an email yet but our case is approved, so don't lose hope and keep checking your case status! We keep praying for you guys, never lose hope. I'm pretty sure that CSC its going to speed things up very soon :) I we all re going to be with our love ones...

Let me share something that I found with you :

I do believe in those words Iand I hope you do guys... Keep praying, I'll be doing for you...September filers rulessss

I'm going to give you hope: a september filer from CSC just got their NOA2!!!!!! Look at Igor's list!! :dance:

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Now that we are at the 4 month mark I have been even more anxious. It seems like it could be any day now, but who really knows when it comes to the CSC. :wacko:
