Yeah, the time really does fly. We filed about a month after we first met, and now it has already been 3 weeks since my second visit to see him.

July 29, 2010 - Met online as penpals

September 15, 2010 - Began relationship

August 25th, 2011 - Met in person

September 20, 2011 - I-129F sent

September 26, 2011 - NOA1

February 13, 2012 - NOA2

June 18, 2012 - Interview - Approved!

I was approved! Got a text from my father this morning!Saying he recieved the NOA2 :dance:

I never got a text or email from the USCIS (even though I had gotten one for the NOA1) and my case status still showing "pending review". They really need to fix that online system :bonk:

Yep. Everyday my hate for CSC grows stronger. I dunno if you've ever seen the movie The Island, but this visa stuff is exactly like the lottery in that movie. Pretty retarded. I have many doubts I'll see approval before Fall of this year.

CSC worked well last week, but with Monday off this week, I feel like it's not anytime soon that they will catch up at least a little on VSC…

I was hoping when we filed our petition to have the visa around February-March, but now I'm wondering if I will have it in April!!

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

We thought the same thing! We are planning now even for May. :/

I was hopeful for march before :( now who knows. however we are getting papers sorted that we can once we get the noa2. i'm wondering if a letter of intent dated now is recent enough for the interview
