Anyone else meeting up over the Christmas holidays? She'll be traveling to the US for Christmas!

I'm leaving this wednesday to see him for Thanksgiving. :dance:

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Yep! He got here a week ago and is staying for the entire holiday season.. leaving a week after the New Year. I was worried that they would give him him some trouble at the border, but nope. He had all of his necessary information to prove ties to Canada, including his return ticket which showed he intended to be here for 2 months and they had no issue. kicking.gif

wish we could but i'm looking for a house and trying to save up for when he gets here and getting things that are needed . . . even though i'm sure its months away :( i just am bummed about being here on my own for the holidays, wish we could celebrate them together.

We're spending Christmas together in Europe. Now I'm Spain spending vacations with my family, waiting for him...He's coming on Dec 22 until January! I can't wait to see him....

I see Aug filers being approved on Igor's list for VSC!

Maybe Sept filers will begin to show up by months end??

I know that's what I am hoping. I have been checking everyday and nearly jump for joy each time I see an August one has been approved!kicking.gif
