Update I-134 Affidavit of support Form for K1

Does anyone have a updated version of the I-134 Affidavit of support? The one I initially filled out in Feb 2011 says Expire 5/31/2011. All the links the US Embassy sent me for Packet 3 and 4 do not work http://kingston.usembassy.gov/fees/forms.html It says 404 - Requested Page Not Found on Site. When I google the only link I can find is a form that says it expires Form I-134 (Rev. 05/25/11) Y Page 2. Also says Edition: 05/25/2011 Previous editions accepted. So is it ok to use the form that expires 5/25/2011 or can anyone provide me with a current edition link. My computer would not allow me to open some for some reaso as it says my work doesn't authoize it. I was told we cannot use out dated forms.
