Does My U.S. Citizen Fiancé(e) Need to File Separate Petitions for My Children?

No. Your eligible children may apply for K-2 visas based on the approval of Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), that your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) filed on your behalf, but your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) must list the children on the petition. "Separate visa applications" must be submitted for each K-2 visa applicant, and each applicant must pay the K visa application fee.

Here is my Question:

I included the Child's info in the Form I-129F.

What is the name or # of the Visa Application form which needed to be submitted for k-2 visa applicant?

There isn't any. You'll list them on the 134 form and then on the DS-156K form required for the interview. It's that simple.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Do I do a separate DS-156, DS-230, DS0134 for K2 (Child)?

I completed DS-156 and DS-156K for K1, included the child's information in there.

Some where I read I need to do a separate DS-156 for the child? that is where i am confused.
