What is next? Am I the only one so confused?

Ok, so now we paid the AOS fee and the status shows paid. Today I was unable to click on the 'Receipts' or 'Payment Receipts' tab. I was able to click on it yesterday.

Another question is, My DS 3032 hasnt reached NVC yet. What should my next step be? Will NVC let us know what to do next? Should my husband be sending them the AOS documents? Also when am I supposed to send them the IV documents? Are the NVC going to let me know?

Ok... let me see here...

You paid your AOS fee and now just need to be able to print the barcoded receipt page.

Once the NVC receives the DS-3032 (sent from foreign spouses email address) you will not be able to sign into the payment portal for a few days while they generate your IV bill. Most likely that is why you cannot sign in. Seems to me like they have in fact received your DS-3032 as this is exactly what happened to me. You will receive an email from NVC saying that the beneficiary has selected you as agent and to log in to pay the IV fee. You will not get the email until they are done generating the IV invoice. Usually about 3-5 day delay. Once you receive that email you will be able to pay the next fee immediately.

When you go back in to pay the IV fee... make sure you print out the AOS barcoded receipt asap before you get locked out again!

Thanx Hot Mama!

I was able to open the site today. They seem to have entered the Beneficiary details there though the fee invoice is still not ready it says. The DS-3032 is still with USPS is what the USPS tracking is showing me. They did not allow us to send DS-3032 by email, which would have been so awesome if they did. So I guess it will take them a few more days till they actually generate the IV fee invoice. I clicked on the email barcoded cover sheet tab and sent a copy to my husband so now even if we get locked out, we have the coversheet.

You can print the AOS coversheet and send it with the AOS package while you wait for the IV bill to be payable.

oh man... you could have sent it by email... You do not need any request from them to be able to do that. You just need to send an email to NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV and use the email format given in the Wiki guides. If they havent received your paper form of it I would go ahead and have the beneficiary send the email from their account and get the ball rolling. If you have questions on how just ask!

If you are unable to print the cover sheet of AOS after the fee status is changed to PAID, call NVC and get this technical issue corrected ASAP. You will need to print this to send with your AOS documents.

NVC used to accept the DS-3032 emails - looks like they changed or may be it is specific to your case.

Never send AOS or IV packets by email (I have personal experience with sending email with attachment). Ask your husband to send those by USPS (it is fast, cheap and good) or other couriers.

Check with USPS and get it routed to the right address.

So the IV fee status says PAID. So should I send the DS 230 etc to NVC or should I wait for them to send Packet 3?
