well anyways...heres my story:

Marriage: 2010-12-26

I-130 Sent : 2011-03-16

I-130 NOA1 : 2011-03-24

I-130 Approved : 2011-07-23

NVC Received : 2011-08-08

HES A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF USA SINCE 2007... OUR PRIORITY DATE IS 24TH MARCH 2011... AND GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MORE LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE'RE FINALLY TOGETHER...WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR NVC CASE NUMBER BUT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM STATING ..well these are the exact words:

Unfortunately, visa numbers are not presently available for your use. You will be notified when further

consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration. The reason for this delay is that there

are more applicants for visas than there are immigrant visa numbers available under the limitation prescribed by

law. We have no way of predicting when it will be possible to proceed with your immigrant visa application. We will keep your case on file until further action is possible.

what i wanna know is when the visa bulletin F2A moves to FOR INSTANCE: 01 MAY 2011. will a visa be available to me or not??? since our priority date is 24 May 2011....

and is it possible if u could submit the DS 3032, I-864 and DS 230 before they ask for it just to save some time ..?

i really need some help in this matter. and id greatly appreciate anyones input on it....

Bless You!

Thanks

For your visa to be issue your PD has to be BEFORE the cut off date, so the VB has to be 06/01/11 for your case to be processed.

No. You can not submit those documents until NVC request them, they will contact you when they are ready to start working on your case.

I am little confused with the answer you provided. Her PD is March 24 2011 how did you come up with June 01 2011. If visa cut off date is equal or greater than March 24 2011 she will get an interview, right.

Spouse Priority Date: 10/15/2010

Case Completed: 08/30/2011

Interview Feb 06 2013

well my husband can apply for citizenship in july 2012...does that mean as soon as he applies he can tell NVC that hes sent the application so NVC can continue with our process OR until he becomes a citizen we have to wait to do that???

they will not process. You have to wait until your husband has upgraded the case. It will be quicker then..

If you check again the op said MAY 24 2011, so for her to get a visa issue the VB has to come to the date i stated before. Is that or her husband can become an USC and she will get a visa as an IR.
