how can I get my usics receipt number

hey pls can somebody help me out.we sent our form l 130 to usics since 14th of may 2011 and we only got a text msg dat our application has been received no email nor NOA.so I have been trying to track our case to kw our status but I'm asked to provide receipt no which we don't have.pls can somebody guide me on how to contact usics to get a receipt and subsequently kw our case status.

Did u try to sign up in USCIS case status? thats what we do before and they will just email you if you got approved or denied on your petition. Hopely this help you. Venice

08.25.11- DS 3032 Accepted/AOS bill is paid

You should have received a paper saying your petition has been received and given a number for reference of your case... Did you not ever receive this in the mail? They always mail this to the petitioner. If you haven't received it I would call them and find out anything you can. Not sure if they can give you the receipt number over the phone but maybe you can request a copy resent to you?

hey venice I have registered through usics for status update.so wil they email me if I'm approved or do I need to submitt my receipt number before they are able to track my case and inform me.

You need your receipt number

If you signed up for text messages you knew your reciept number. It was on a paper you would have gotten. It may also appear on the back of your check if you payed by check.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

the txt they sent u should have had ur receipt number if u no longer have tge txt just call uscis tell them u never received it and they will give it to u over the phone.....good luck!
