Hi everyone, I just paid AOS fee online for my parents and I have question about the form DS 3032. Can I email NVC DS 3032 form or my parents have to email to them because my parents don't know about computer stuffs so they don't know how to email. If I can use my email or create for my parents email , use their email to send to NVC, is it ok? ...If not I have to wait my parents sign the form and send back to me , it'd take a long time like a month, anyone has experience about this form please help me, thank a lot.

PS: I still wait NVC confirm AOS fee paid online, don't know which steps are

You can create a free email for your parents and send the DS-3032 from that email address! Of course, you have to call the NVC 1st! Give them your parents and your email address before you send out the DS-3032 email!

Thank you Kamhoe and Sunny654 so much for your help, I'm only afraid that NVC know my ip not my parent's country , so if I can create their email and send to them that would be easier. Could I ask 2 more question?

1/I can follow email wiki template to send to NVC ?

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

2/ In the section I appoint _____ as my agent , I type my name at the blank so I'll be my parent agent? will I be their agent easier than them ? and later all the paper NVC will send to me?

I don't think they really have that free time to track down the IP address! I actually used my wife's email address to send the DS-3032 and was accepted. My wife doesn't know much about U.S. immigrant and wants me to take care all these for her!

1. Yes, use the DS-3032 email template!

2. If you are in United States, definitely is much better to be their agent. NVC will send same email to petitioner and beneficiary!
