Thank you Lord, i thought it would take months! we got approved after 3 weeks of our appealed to the commisioner.Emailing the senator really helps!

Congratulations, good luck the rest of the way!!! Out of curiosity what did you have to appeal, it could be useful info for others that may face that challenge.

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

Thank you so much! we got denied due to wrong responsed to our rfe,we appealed and after 3 weeks we got approved! Oh last sept.8 my fiance ask the senator to help him ask USCIS how long it will take for our papers to be process! The USCIS said after 1-2 weeks, but i was so happy when i opened ny email on Sept. 9, it said we are approved! That was fast! I was expecting to hear from them in 2 weeks :)
