Hi all! This thread got me interested.. I'm not sure though if im on the right one...Im on H4 Visa right now and we just filed for AOS under nebraska service center as my husband's EB3 priority date was already processed... Any idea how long does it take for us to be notified for our biometrics?

September 10, 2011 AOS, EAD, and TD sent to USCIS

September 24, 2011 NOA with priority date of Sept. 15, 2011

  • Sept 15 === Received by uscis nebraska service center
  • Sept 20 === NOA
  • Sept 24 === Hard copies received for EAD, AP, and AOS
  • Oct 17 === Biometrics appointment in Seattle received dated Nov. 3 at 10 am
  • Oct 21 === Walk in biometrics succesful!!
  • Nov. 3 === EAD and AP approved (no notices received)
  • Nov. 6 === Email notification received for EAD and AP approval....
  • Nov. 7 === Email notification EAD mailed
  • Nov. 9 === EAD AP Combo Card received!!!!!

I live in Deerfield beach, 45 minutes-1hr away from you. Have you gotten anything yet?

Im kinda glad i didn't get anything today though, because the maintenance people from m complex were power washing the stairs and the mailboxes are all in the first place, all the enveloped were wet! Hopefully I do get it tomorrow :)

I'm in Fort Lauderdale and nothing yet. I'm not overly worried until we get to the 30-day mark.

Hi again! Here is the thing... Our immigrant visa's priority date has been reached ( aug. 2005) which is employment based and we recieved a notice From our lawyer to have our status adjusted so that we can get out green card. We filed our adjustment of status, employment authorization, and travel docs last sept 10. We already recieved our notice of action in sept 15. Currently waiting for our biometrics appointment notice... :)

I'm a September filer as well! :) We sent our package last Sept. 19, 2011 and received an e-mail/text notification yesterday, Sept. 26. Hoping to get the hardcopies and biometric appointment soon!

Did you get your biometrics already? If so, When was your appointment?

Unfortunately, we are waiting for a RFE (request of evidences).....the USCIS web-site showed that they sent a hardcopy of it 27th of September, so we wondering what do they need more! :crying:
