Received update today about second ead card production... dated December 2nd, cant wait to get it, we probably still have a few months before an interview seeing as new york is so backed up...USCIS told me that our processing time is 6 months, :(

9/27/11 - Filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 to Chicago Lockbox

9/28/11 - Package received and signed for by "J. CHYBAS" at 11:12 A.M

10/03/11 - Checks Cleared

10/07/11 - Rec'd NOA'S for I-130, I-765, I-485

10/10/11 - Rec'd Biometrics Appt for 10/25/11

10/25/11 - Biometrics Appt.

11/30/11 - EAD card production ordered

12/02/11 - EAD card production ordered again (Rec'd update Dec 5th)

12/06/11 - Post Decision Activity Update (EAD mailed 12/6/11)

12/07/11 - EAD card received

02/06/11 - USCIS update - Receipt number appeared online, Interview scheduled 03/12/2011

03/12/11 - Interview at Holtsville, approved.

03/12/11 - Card Production Update

03/15/11 - Card Production Update again

03/16/11 - Approval Decision Update and I-130 case finally appears online w/ approval decision.

03/19/11 - Received gc

I've had my biometrics appointment and should, according to the timeline estimate, be getting my EAD very soon.

I just wondered if any of you are having the same trouble as me with the USCIS website. It still says both my case numbers are not found in the system. I've read that people have had this issue before, but I just hope that I'm not the only one right now.

Biomentrics appointment: 8th November 2011

RFE on my I-485: 21st December 2011

Mailed RFE documents: 10th January 2012

RFE documents received and under review: 13th January 2012

I-485 transferred to California Service Center: 23rd January 2012

EAD in production: 25th January 2012

EAD in hand: 4th February 2012 (128 days after filing)

Green Card approved (Without interview): 6th March 2012

Green Card in hand: 12th March 2012

I had the same issue and didn't bother checking it anymore after a couple of times trying. But it did update when I got the AOS interview schedule and when EAD and AP were approved. Just relied on snail mail since I didn't get email or text message updates either.

I went back from interview in Los Angeles field office.

APPROVED ON THE SPOT! :dance: :dance: :dance:

The IO was really really nice and kind. He said I should get my green card in 3 weeks.

4:30 PM checked USCIS website and it said "Card production order"

So happy. Good luck to all of you here.

09-06-2011 Sent I130,I485,I765,I131 to Chicago Lockbox

09-08-2011 USCIS received my package

09-09-2011 NOA1 (Received in mail 09-17)

10-01-2011 RFE - They lost my medical exam :(

10-03-2011 Got another copy of medical from civil surgeon

10-04-2011 Biometric done as scheduled

10-05-2011 Sent a response to RFE

10-11-2011 Status updated to "RFE Response Review"

11-04-2011 Interview letter mailed & EAD/AP approved!

11-12-2011 EAD/AP combo card received in mail

12-06-2011 Interview date - APPROVED!

12-14-2011 GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Hey friends. I was wondering, when the uscis sent us the interview letter, the interview wilm be in how long? 2...3 weeks later or longer????

I still have faith that i will get my letter anytime, and if God helps get the interview before december 31 :)
