Same here, I'm wondering who's cases will be sent to CSC or local offices :) hopefully we get something from them soon

Yes, let's keep our fingers crossed for CSC as that "typically" means no interview. I've had about all I can take, LOL.

That's good after Monday you should be getting an email that week. I got mine 4 days after including Saturday and Sunday. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi all,

I sent the AOS/ EAD/ AP package on Sept 12, received notification for all three (email and text message) on Sept 16 & 17. Then on Sept 19 I received hardcopy NOA for EAD and AP, but not for AOS.

Waited all week and still haven't received the AOS NOA.

Anyone have this situation?

Am a little worried, hope it wasn't lost in the mail. I checked the USCIS website and all three cases are in, and also they cashed my check on Sept 19.

Dec 05, 2011: Received U.S. permanent resident status (AOS based on K-1 visa)

Dec 16, 2013: Removal of conditions on green card

Apr 28, 2015: Became a U.S. Citizen

I would wait a couple of days, since each one is delivered individually I wouldn't be surprised if it got cut off. I doubt they lost it. Just keep checking your mail

haha thats good. But, i don't think using fedex has anything to do with it. In my email they stated

"Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)"

They send everything through standard mail. I think how fast you get it depends on where you live. I live all the way in South Florida :( I still haven't gotten mine. So i have to keep waiting

We received our appointment letter for Biometrics. The notice is dated 9/20/11 and the appointment is scheduled for 10/17/11. :)

Wow! That's fast! Congrats and goodluck again! We have the same notice date on our NOA1 and I checked our mailbox today and I did not get mine. Hopefully I get it this week! :)

Another September filer here. Sent package by FedEx on Sept 7th, delivered on Sept 8th. Got email notification on Sept 21 and check cashed Sept 22. Haven't received hard copy NOA1 yet, nor biometrics appointment. Let the waiting game continue. :whistle:
