I have a question, on the social security application, what would i put on the part that says citizenship:

1. I know its not US CITIZEN

2. Legal alien authorized to work (I received an alien number when i applied for AOS but does that make me "legal"?)

3. legal alien not allowed to work .....i know it can't be this one

4. other**

Should I x on other and provide the EAD?

The EAD makes you legal for the time being and allowed to work. So I would check number 2.

June 7, 2010 - Will asked me to marry him, and I said YES!!
October 4, 2010 - Will sent away the I-129F Petition
October 12, 2010 - NOA1 received!
October 15, 2010 - First "touch"
October 18, 2010 - Second "touch"
March 7, 2011 - NOA2!!!
March 18, 2011 - NVC forwarded our case to the Montreal Consulate....NOT where we wanted it to go!
March 25, 2011 - Email from Montreal saying that our case would be forwarded to Vancouver - only took one night for a reply from them smile.png
April 5, 2011 - Vancouver has our package!
April 6, 2011 - Received Packet 3 via email - now just waiting on my police certificate.
April 13, 2011 - faxed Packet 3 to Vancouver
April 14, 2011 - received Packet 4 via email
May 4, 2011 - Medical appointment
May 5, 2011 - Interview!! APPROVED smile.png

No, nothing, because I could not even register for e-mail/text updates. USCIS website won't let you if it can't find your case and it still can't find mine. :blush:

Update!!!

At 9:16 pm this evening I got a txt notification that they ordered card production for my EAD/AP!!! :) I can't believe they are still working at this time. Lol

I'm so happy!!! :) Any idea how long it will take to get my card in the mail? Thanks!

10 days seems to be the average from card production.

Don't forget you should receive another Email/Text which says your i765 was approved. That is when you know they actually MAILED it (via Priority mail.)

Don't forget you should receive another Email/Text which says your i765 was approved. That is when you know they actually MAILED it (via Priority mail.)

Oh really? Okay I'll be waiting for that! :) I have a question, when I did my biometrics the lady said that my address on file is still my old address. I moved already and called USCIS to change my address and I got a confirmation letter in the mail about the change of address that they updated it already. I got that like 2weeks ago. Is there still any chance they will send it to my old address?
