September 2011 AOS Filers!

Hello everyone and limenaluv91,

I just want to say thank you for continuing posting your personal updates on you AOS journey. I have been following everyone since I'm also a September filer but haven't logged in to comment. - I know, I should of done it - But I have been feeding everyone's good energy and also hope we finish this waiting game before Christmas and New Year's. I'm posting Two Timelines. The firs was for the K-1 Visa and the second one is for K-2 Visa.

The K-1 process went smooth 76 Days and we were done. Now we are in the process of the K-2 Visa and the waiting is killing me since there is no Updates on the USCIS website since they received the package. But I know that they are not that good at updating their website. So, I'm keeping my thoughts positive. However, the only thing that bothers me is that maybe because of the redesign of the EAD card that started on October 30th is going to make the wait longer since this is going to be a new process for them. I just hope it doesn't affect the waiting time.

Thank you so much!! Hopefully this week or the next I get something in the mail. Right now I'm taking extra care of my mailbox key because if I lose it I'll would go nuts. I'm glad I work during the day because if I would be at home I'll be stalking my letter carrier....hahahahahaha

Hi guys. At around 6 this afternoon I got a text saying the same thing I got on the 9th... Production of EAD just with today's date. Hopefully tomorrow they mail it

Ohhhhh nothing for me yet!! 32 days after FP. I need my interviewwwww! Im not caring abt the ead just need my greencard so i can go espend Christmas with my family!

U guys think if i havent got nothing until now, do i still have chance to get interview this year still?? Helppppp, im losing my mind!! ;(

We Understand your frustration I honestly don't know why it's taking Long for some people I want my interview date too but so far I only have my EAD approved. All we can do is wait and be patient. I doubt I'll get my interview by the end of this year. I think maybe early next year which isn't bad at all. Just have patience

No news for me either. No text/No emails/No actual mail/No Updates on web site...nothing :-( But I do believe will get the EAD card before the end of the year. But for the people that are waiting for interviews, hopefully you will get interviewed before USCIS goes on vacation for the holidays. We just need patience.

That happened for me too....the date changed, but still said it was in production. And then I got it within two days. So I'm pretty sure they mailed yours

Hi everyone,

I applied in Sept. and received e-mail confirmation for all applications on Sept. 26. Days later I received the hard copies confirmation. Did my walk-in biometrics on Oct. 7 and my case still shows under "initial review" online. I hope to receive some news soon. I'm getting a bit impatient.
