DJ Kyo. I know my situation is not nearly close to yours but I understand. I know people who had filed after me that already have their interview letters. It is very discouraging becauseI thought the system worked by the dates they were received. I received my text/email last night about EAD production. My sister and I have done everything together, but she hasn't gotten anything at all. It really tests your patience. But all I know is that things happen for a reason and we shouldn't test that. It is very frustrating not to be able to have a piece of paper giving you digits that will allow you to do things we cannot freely do now, but look at it this way. we have waited longer than this. this is the last step for many. a couple months max we will all be out of this mess and beginning our lives in a better perspective. use hang in there!

no activity on the one we need, the EAD...

though we did get notice today that the AOS has been transferred to another service center for processing....

over 2 months later, and they just now transfer it...!!! :bonk:

Received email today re approval of my EAD and AP!! :)

Dec 05, 2011: Received U.S. permanent resident status (AOS based on K-1 visa)

Dec 16, 2013: Removal of conditions on green card

Apr 28, 2015: Became a U.S. Citizen

Frustrating process isnt it? We filed August 13th and I haven't heard peep about my husbands AOS. Granted we did finally get his EAD/AP but no word or update for the Green Card :( I peeked in here to see how those who filed after us are doing and some have interviews, it must be regional but I am happy for you all :) Don't forget that once you get your Green Card the EAD is pointless and redundant. Here's hoping we all hear something soon! :)

Hi there! Just wanted to ask how your walk in seattle went? Did they question why you went in early? My husband and i are scheduled to have our biometrics on nov 4. But we are planning to have it this friday on his day off. Hope to hear from you :)

I was wondering how you went about doing a walk-in biometrics at the Seattle ASC. I am a November 2011 AOS filer and would love to do the same. What day/time did you go? Did you have to tell them that your appt was not until later? What counter did you go to? etc. Thanks!
