UPDATE: We received a confirmation email from USCIS today that says that the EAD and Travel Document ( I-131) were approved . The card will be send in the mail this week . :dance: :dance: :dance: Green Card is next :thumbs:

-400 CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

01-17-2015 = N-400 packet sent (to P.O. Box Dallas via USPS Priority Mail)
01-21-2015 = N-400 packet delivered
01/25/2015 = E confirmation / Text received

01/26/2015 = Check cashed .

02/02/2015 = NOA1 received (Priority Date 01/21/2015)
02/09/2015 = Biometrics Letter received .

02/18/2015 = Biometrics

02/20/2015 = In line for interview

04/10/2015 = Interview Letter received .

05/11/2015 =Interview .

05/11/2015 = Passed Interview
07/01/2015 = Oath letter received
07/24/2015 = Oath Cerememony

11.04.2011 EAD Approved and mailed

10/25/11 - 2nd IL for 11/29/11 <---- Disregard & Appear at 11/14 as per InfoPass

11/08/11 - EAD Card Production Ordered Text/Email @ 7:30pm EST

11/14/11 - AOS Interview Verbally Approved (No Stamp issued)

11/15/11 - EAD Approval Notice Text/Email @ 6:19pm EST

11/17/11 - EAD in hand! 3 days after AOS approval

09-09-2011 NOA1 (Received in mail 09-17)

10-01-2011 RFE - They lost my medical exam :(

10-03-2011 Got another copy of medical from civil surgeon

10-04-2011 Biometric done as scheduled

10-05-2011 Sent a response to RFE

10-11-2011 Status updated to "RFE Response Review"

11-04-2011 Interview letter mailed & EAD/AP approved!

11-12-2011 EAD/AP combo card received in mail

12-06-2011 Interview date - APPROVED!

12-14-2011 GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Oh friends, i'm so sad tonite! I think I'll not get my greencard before Christmas. I was really expecting to be with my family for Christimas time, but i guess this will stay only as a dream! Almost a month after fingerprint, and nothing yet!

I dont know what to do..i check my process status everyday (even if a sign up for email and txt), i check the mail 2,3 times a day (i know this is crazy) :unsure:

Ahhhhh, i'm gonna be out of my mind if i dont get any response this week :crying:

Anyways, congratulations to all here getting there :)

HI everyone... Just an update on my case.. At 2:31 am today husband and i recieved a text msg that last nov 3, ead and ap were approved! The walk in bio really worked... Heres my time line in aos applic:

Sept 10 sent aos, ap, ,ead docs

Sept 15 recieved by uscis nebraska service center

Sept 20 noa

Sept 24 hard copies recieved

Oct 17 biometrics appointment in seattle recieved dated nov. 3 at 10 am

Oct 21 walk in biometrics succesful!!

Nov. 3 ead ap approved

Nov. 6 email notification recieved....

Be positive september filers!!! Never lose hope!i

Husband and I (Our AOS Journey) :


  • Sept 10 === Sent aos, ap, ,ead docs
  • Sept 15 === Received by uscis nebraska service center
  • Sept 20 === NOA
  • Sept 24 === Hard copies received for EAD, AP, and AOS
  • Oct 17 === Biometrics appointment in Seattle received dated Nov. 3 at 10 am

USCIS mailed me EAD card on 4th of Nov and AP on 28th of Oct :star: hope it will be soon in our mail box!!! But still no transferring to CSC or scheduled interview :wacko:

Dec 16, 2013: Removal of conditions on green card

November 5, 2010 - Touched

April 15, 2011 - NOA 2

June 21-22, 2011 - Medical (passed! Thank you Lord)

Same here. :( No news whatsoever. And we have the same timeline. At least you have your interview already :(
