Pat, i sent my AOS package Aug. 29th, what about you?

And my case was tranfered to California Service Center, same with you?

Hope we get a productive month!

I send mine Aug.24. I'm not sure if mine got transfered to California service center. Do you have your interview date yet or any update about your ead? I hope so 2.

I send mine Aug.24. I'm not sure if mine got transfered to California service center. Do you have your interview date yet or any update about your ead? I hope so 2.

I sent mine Aug. 29th. No update on our EAD nor Interview. Just had our biometrics done and a NOA stating our case being transferred to California Service Center. Hopefully we wont be needing an interview. Good luck !

09/15/2011 Sent package via express USPS at 5:30 pm

09/16/2011 Email confirmation of delivery to lockbox in Chicago

09/20/2011 Email/text from USCIS

09/20/2011 Cashier's check cashed!!

09/21/2011 Touch (for what?, I don't know)

09/27/2011 2 NOA1 in mail! Dated: September 20, 2011 (I485 & I765)

10/03/2011 Biometrics letter in the mail. Dated 9/28. Appt. for 10/26.

Haven't had anything in the mail for my Biometrics Appointment for almost a month now. But I checked my Case Status online at their website, it states that on October 5th my case was transferred to another office for processing and that they have sent me a notification regarding it through mail - which I haven't received either. You guys think I should call them now? To make things more complicated, we're moving this week and I have to file a change of address online asap too. Any suggestions on how to prioritize my stuff? :)

Oct. 20, 2011 - Boimetrics Appointment Scheduled on Nov. 17, 2011

Nov. 17, 2011 - Biometrics

Nov. 18, 2011 - E-mail received: EAD Card in production

Nov. 28, 2011 - EAD Card received

Dec. 05, 2011 - E-mail received: GreenCard in production :)

UPDATE : I received the hard copy of the Transfer Notice . Our Case was transferred to California Service Center. It says that in order to speed up processing , we have transferred your case to California Service Center :dance: :dance: :dance: From wha previous VJ members shared --it means we may NOT have to attend an interview :dance: :dance: :dance: Just get the Biometrics over and then wait for our case to be approved :thumbs: Good luck guys .
